This is the best roofing company in Austin; stop looking and call these guys. I have an 8 year old roof that sprung a leak around some chimney flashing. I called a few roofing companies, but they all wanted to schedule "consultants" to come inspect, and I got the impression from both the companies I called they were just going to hard sell me on a new roof. As a result, I put out a post on Nextdoor and had several folks respond to the add saying they could handle roofing repairs. One of those posts was from one of the Co-Owners of Parco (Hayden). Hayden came out same day, was exactly on time, and communicated text updates as he was heading out. When he got here, I showed him the leak, and told him I suspected flashing. He told me that was likely, and got up on the roof and confirmed the chimney flashing had lifted up. He got up on the roof and zipped some roofing screws into the flashing to re-secure it. He refused payment for the job, and just asked me to write a good review. I did question him about the cost of replacing it in the future, and he provided some rough speculative guesses which were much less than I expected. I'm calling these guys whenever I need a roof replacement; that's for sure. Lastly - These guys are actually local. Hayden's family has a ranch not far from my family's ranch North of here. He does his folks proud.

Expert Flat Roof Repair in Austin, TX
Flat roof repair in Austin takes more than patching a visible wet spot. At Parco Roofing Group, we inspect the full membrane surface, every seam, flashing point, and drain opening before we recommend any repair. Austin's storm pattern, sudden heavy downpours followed by intense heat, creates a specific set of problems for flat roofs: hail punctures the membrane, wind-driven rain forces water through open seams, and standing water accelerates membrane breakdown from below. Flat and low-slope roofs are common across Austin, from mid-century homes to modern additions, and each system type requires a different repair approach. We identify the root cause of the leak, not just the ceiling stain, then carry out seam reinforcement, membrane patching, flashing replacement, and drainage corrections as needed. If your Austin property took storm damage, call Parco Roofing Group to schedule an inspection and get a clear picture of what your roof needs.

Flat Roof Repair FAQ
Common questions about flat roof repair in Austin, TX.
Interior ceiling stains, bubbling membrane, or standing water on the roof surface after rain are common signs. A professional inspection by Parco Roofing Group can confirm the extent of damage on your Austin property.
Yes, isolated punctures, open seams, and failed flashing points can often be repaired without a full membrane replacement. Parco Roofing Group assesses the overall membrane condition on your Austin roof before recommending the right scope of work.
Yes, hail can puncture a flat roof membrane directly and damage the insulation layer underneath, which may not be visible from the surface. Austin hailstorms make this a frequent concern for property owners with flat or low-slope roofs.
Recurring leaks usually mean the original repair addressed the symptom but not the underlying cause, such as a drainage problem or widespread seam failure. Parco Roofing Group traces the full leak path before starting any repair work.
Storm-related damage from hail, wind, and falling debris is a covered peril under most Texas homeowner policies. Parco Roofing Group documents all damage on your Austin property to support a clear and accurate insurance claim.
You should schedule an inspection as soon as it is safe to do so after the storm passes. Exposed membrane and open seams on Austin flat roofs deteriorate quickly when left unaddressed between rain events.
