This is the best roofing company in Austin; stop looking and call these guys. I have an 8 year old roof that sprung a leak around some chimney flashing. I called a few roofing companies, but they all wanted to schedule "consultants" to come inspect, and I got the impression from both the companies I called they were just going to hard sell me on a new roof. As a result, I put out a post on Nextdoor and had several folks respond to the add saying they could handle roofing repairs. One of those posts was from one of the Co-Owners of Parco (Hayden). Hayden came out same day, was exactly on time, and communicated text updates as he was heading out. When he got here, I showed him the leak, and told him I suspected flashing. He told me that was likely, and got up on the roof and confirmed the chimney flashing had lifted up. He got up on the roof and zipped some roofing screws into the flashing to re-secure it. He refused payment for the job, and just asked me to write a good review. I did question him about the cost of replacing it in the future, and he provided some rough speculative guesses which were much less than I expected. I'm calling these guys whenever I need a roof replacement; that's for sure. Lastly - These guys are actually local. Hayden's family has a ranch not far from my family's ranch North of here. He does his folks proud.

Expert Hail Damage Repair in Austin, TX
Austin sits in what meteorologists call Hail Alley, a stretch of Central Texas that sees some of the most frequent and severe hail events in the country. The area averages multiple significant hail events each year, with peak activity running from March through May and again in September and October. Austin's intense heat and UV exposure also weaken roofing surfaces over time, so when hail strikes, the damage is often worse than homeowners expect. Parco Roofing Group handles hail damage repair for Austin homeowners from inspection through restoration. We assess shingles, flashing, gutters, vents, and decking for both visible and hidden impact damage. Hidden damage matters because granule loss and bruised shingle bodies do not always show up as ceiling stains right away. Left unaddressed, that damage shortens roof life and creates leak risk before the next storm season arrives. If your Austin home took hail recently, call Parco Roofing Group to schedule an inspection and get a clear picture of what your roof needs.

Hail damage in Austin is often not visible from the ground. A professional inspection checks shingle surfaces, flashing, gutters, and vents up close for bruising, granule loss, and impact marks that only show at close range.
Yes, we document all damage with detailed photos at every impact point to support your Austin insurance claim. Homeowners who arrive at the adjuster visit with a contractor inspection report tend to see better initial assessment outcomes.
Yes, repeated hail events compound damage on surfaces that were already weakened by prior impacts. We assess cumulative damage across all impact events, not just the most recent storm.
We assess the full extent of damage before recommending repair or replacement. Small, localized damage may be repairable, while widespread bruising, granule loss, or structural issues often point to full replacement.
